What is your vibrational rant? 

This is what we do first to determine where you are in the moment. Write down what you eat, times, where and with whom, if anyone is joining you. Write what time you go to bed and wake-up. When you go to work or if you have a job, write about what you do there. Also, any activities that you do either at home or outside, such as jogging, watch TV, play with dog, or study for school. Finally, write about any symptoms you may have or experience, like a headache, or joint pain and when that occurs, if any. 

Vibrant Action

The idea here is to do one specific task each day. Day #1 Add what you eat, including beverages and snacks. On day #2 Add sleep and wake-up times, plus times to eating and keep adding what you eat. So, on day three you will have two days of food journaled and one day with resting times. Follow the steps to learn how you will create your ‘Vibnamic Wealth Index’ using the Vibnamic Formula (Video coming soon).

Vibrant Outcome

You should have multiple journal entries that list your regular activities. These are comprised of habits, and other daily activities that do everyday. A glimpse of your current lifestyle in data form. No judgement, just self-keeping entries.

Accept

Now that you have taken some time to gain data about your lifestyle habits, we get to discover you and why you think/do the things that you do. This is important because the very essence of the things you do everyday rest in the deepest parts of your subconscious. Be gentle with yourself as you really get to discover who you are.

Evaluate

The next step is to categorize this data into areas for ease of listing the unpleasant and the pleasant for use in the calibration space. Here you are not making any changes yet. You will be in full acceptance by making these lists as you evaluate your emotional response to your actions. Keeping a positive light is optimal since you are honoring self by doing this process.

Analyze

This action is to examine your listed data carefully and confirm what areas need to be addressed in more detail. You get to identify the causes of your habits in this space. Searching for key factors that can be mitigated, or removed with the possibility of getting pleasant results in the future.

Calibrate

Seasun | Marinate | Taste

Seasun

The Seasun begins with you. We start with the current moment of your life. To get to the next level, we must know where you are and of course, how you got there. Together, we gather as much data as possible to calculate an authentic pattern. This pattern is derived from the Vibnamic Formula, which has inputs from your situation. The sum includes your Elemental Recipe as a guide for the duration of your calibration process.  

Marinate

What we learn about you will take time to settle. Hence the Marinate stage. As you learn to accept the degrees of calibration, one has support in many spaces. Absorption can be a grand action with the perfect mixture of ingredients. A journey for learning self begins with Self-awareness. Transition at your pace.  

Taste

The cultivation will be a grand flavor that you get to calibrate. What ever you desire can be accomplished. It's just a matter of what taste are you in the mood for...
