A few of our audios are very brief, less than ten minutes. You will have time to focus on each topic and manage your busy lifestyle while in transition to optimal health. When you can, be sure to take written notes.

Action

Once you are aware of the concept and accept it into your daily lifestyle, now is time to take action. Each task that you have learned to do can be completed within a short time frame. Yes, seven days is plenty of time to honor one task.

Here is the heart of true compassion. Can you manage your emotional energy? Will there be a time of strength and control or will you blow up under stress? Put it into song, or dance. These actions have healing effects which no body can deny.

When you are ready to connect, you will know. The activation of musical engagement is purely instinctive. Our intuitive channel is the beacon for calibration. So set your focus with spirit in mind over the feeling of time.
